Our herbal cooking class offers you creative recipes that are healthy and delicious. Learn how to incorporate seasonal herbs into your daily meals to promote your health. Native wild herbs are a valuable part of our diet. However, knowledge about traditional medicinal plants and native wild herbs is increasingly being lost. We want to change this and contribute to preserving this knowledge. The seasons play an important role in collecting wild herbs and medicinal plants, as well as in their use in the kitchen.
